About Calvin Dickinson · Founder

I'm Calvin.
Operator first.
Advisor second.

Seven and a half years on the SLT of a Sunday Times 100 double-winner. £1m to £45m, 20 to 300 people. Now I bring the same operator instinct to scale-stage founders. GTM, hiring, process, investors, advisory.

In numbers

The same 7 years, told the other way.

Numbers don't make a partner. But they're a fair shortcut for whether someone's actually done the work, or just read about it.

Revenue £1m £45m Top-line growth across 7.5 years.
Headcount 20 300 Built and rebuilt the org shape as the stage moved.
Recognition Sunday Times 100 Fastest-Growing · 2023 & 2024.
The path

Cricket, then operator, then this.

The short version. The long version's better over a 20-minute call.

Chapter 01 · Hampshire

Three seasons as a pro cricketer at Hampshire CCC, including 2017 T20 Finals Day at Edgbaston. Sport teaches a specific kind of accountability. The result on the board doesn't care about your reasons.

That carries over. The operator delivers the result. They don't explain why it didn't happen.

Chapter 02 · Tecknuovo

Joined Tecknuovo in 2018 as a Talent Consultant. Left in January 2026 as Growth Director on the SLT, with P&L for the part of the business that had grown 45× while I was there.

What I cared about wasn't the title or the trajectory. It was the pattern recognition. What works at £3m and breaks at £8m. When a process is the answer, and when it's slowing you down. Spotting a wrong-fit hire six months before everyone else admits it.

None of that's in the deck. It's the room.

Chapter 03 · Khulani

I left because the build phase was done. My expertise is the scaling phase, not BAU and not transactions. I didn't want to manage a process I'd already finished building.

Khulani is the same operator instinct, brought alongside founders building the same way. A small number of engagements. Long enough to make the work stick.

If that's what your room is missing, let's talk.
