This is a static brochure website. It collects no personal data, sets no cookies, and runs no analytics, advertising, or tracking. Everything below documents that, in plain terms required by UK GDPR and EU GDPR.

This site is operated by Calvin Dickinson, trading as Khulani, based in the United Kingdom. You can contact us at hello@khulani.co.uk.

What data this site collects

None. There is no contact form, no newsletter signup, no account, and no analytics. Nothing on this site collects, stores, or transmits your personal data.

What data this site transmits to third parties

The site loads webfonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). Loading a font is a request that includes your IP address and basic browser information. Google's processing of that request is governed by Google's privacy policy. We do not receive or store anything from this request.

We don't use any other third-party services on this website.

If you email us

Email sent to hello@khulani.co.uk is read by Calvin Dickinson personally. The email is stored on a standard email service (currently Cloudflare email routing forwarding to a personal inbox). We use this email only to reply to you. We do not share, sell, or use it for any other purpose. You can ask us to delete the correspondence at any time.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR and EU GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete any personal data we hold about you, and to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (UK) or your local supervisory authority (EU). To do any of those, email hello@khulani.co.uk.

If we change anything material on this notice, we will update the date at the top of this page. There's no profile here, so there's nothing to log you out of.
